Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small, dilapidated, and not clean, which was really disappointing and affected our holiday mood. On the bright side, the staff was super nice and helpful, especially one staff member who went out of their way to assist me with an issue. The location was excellent for exploring the island, but the room conditions dampened the overall impression.
The hotel room was a bit tight for three people, which affected our holiday mood due to its small size, lack of cleanliness, and high price. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Not recommended.
The hotel offers relatively small but very clean rooms located on the 2nd floor with a balcony. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially addressing any issues promptly. The location is excellent for exploring Ishigaki downtown and nearby islands like Iriomote and Taketomi, with convenient transport options available. The dining experience exceeds expectations with a good selection of local dishes, though the facilities may have some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a very nice view of the harbor with spacious rooms featuring separate WC, shower, and wash basin areas, along with a big terrace on the side and a balcony in front. However, the rooms are a bit old and not as clean as expected, with limited space for luggage and noise from outside on the 2nd floor.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with a lovely sea view, yet a slight smell of mold. The service is friendly and helpful, especially with personal issues. The location is excellent, providing a wonderful harbor view and convenient access to transportation. The dining options are varied but may seem a little pricey. Overall, a great choice for a stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers simple rooms with a thorough daily cleaning routine. The view overlooking the port and ferry terminal is a bonus, especially for enjoying the sea view at dawn. However, the decor is not very appealing to me, and the mattress was a bit too hard.
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms, though a bit small, were remarkably clean and offered a fantastic view of the sunrise. The air conditioner could use an upgrade, but the spacious layout with separate WC, shower, and wash basin areas, along with a large terrace and balcony, was a delightful surprise.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a fantastic view over the port. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was just perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. A truly fantastic experience worth every penny.
The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to Ishigaki and the ferry boats to the islands. The rooms, although a bit tight for three people, were thoroughly cleaned daily and had a balcony for added convenience. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to help, especially with personal issues like a dead phone. The dining options were varied, offering both traditional and western choices. However, the location seemed more geared towards visitors spending minimal time in the hotel, and some staff appeared uninterested in assisting guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and clean, had some cleanliness issues like hair and dust. The service was friendly and warm, but not exceptional. The location was convenient with transport options nearby, but the hotel itself didn't offer much to do. The dining experience was good, but the lack of breakfast included was a downside.
